Setting up zork to work from the IVR

I’m sure this is probably very basic question, but I’m pretty new to Asterisk and FreePBX.

I have zork up and running with the call group suggestion if I dial 599 directly from a SIP extension. I’d like this to work also from the IVR as a direct extension dial. If 599 is dialed from the IVR, I’m told that’s not a valid extension.

What’s the best way to configure this to do that? Thanks and sorry if this is a stupid question.

nevermind, that was a stupid question. i just set up the IVR so 599 points to zork and didnt use call groups.
