I am a current Asterisk user and wanted to try out AsteriskNow. I’ve loaded up a test server, I go to extensions and setup an account.
In my sip phone (Linksys spa 2002) there is a place for user name. What does the user name correspond to in the setup of the extension with asteriskNow?

The quickest way to learn FreePBX the GUI that is used in AsteriskNow is to grab one of the setup guides for any of the distro’s. It will cover that plus a lot more quickly.
