Setting up Freepbx to SuiteCRM no execute button

I am trying to tie in suite crm but the step where you run a repair doesn’t create the records and there is no execute button. Anyone know how to proceed? Following this guide:

I resolved this. You have to create the account records in the CRM first, then run the repair.
