Setting up COR (outbound permissions)

Is there a doc on how to define a Class Of Restrictions on groups of extensions? I have four groups of permissions i need to use

Internal Only
Local
Local+LD
Local+LD+Intl

Is there a way to restrict which extensions have access to certain outbound routes… or which routes they can use?

There is the commercially licensed “Outbound call limit” module from Schmooze and the older but open source “custom-contexts” that might satisfy your needs.

Thank you. I also found the http://www.freepbx.org/news/2012-09-20/freepbx-extension-routing-module going to test all three to see which flavor taste best.
