OK before I asked this one I checked and compared all the system versions and the module versions and unless I missed something I don’t see why 2 identical systems; one Queues Module has the “Set Agent Name in CDR dstchannel” setting and the other doesn’t. What am I missing?
Hmmmm getting more confused on this item. For each of our FreePBX server clients we have a second server fully installed and updated server on a different network in a different data center.
We just finished two clients which equals 4 clean installs of FreePBX 220.127.116.11 Asterisk 13.2.0 PBX Firmware: 6.12.65-26. Now here’s the only patterns I see so far:
- The systems with “Set Agent Name in CDR dstchannel” are both on our backup network not our primary
- The systems with “Set Agent Name in CDR dstchannel” are both currently not live or fully configured
Any ideas? is this something we have done?
