Serve preconfigured HTML documents

I might be being a dufus here but how would i go about this?
Cisco phones require cfg files to be obtained via tftp and that’s fine but they also require html pages to serve them with their services, directory and such.
Is there anywhere on the distro installation that I can place these files that the phones may browse them?
Am I making sense?

You can just put them in /var/www/html I put a xml phone book there for my Yealink phone.

You can also just put them in /tftpboot and access them on the port specified in the port settings. For https it is port 1443

So I was being a dufus!

Thanks Jared, much appreciated.
