Send Traffic to VoIP Provider

Hello,

I need to know how do I configure the FreePBX to send traffic to one partner that I have.

For example, I have to send traffic to the IP 200.1.2.3 with the prefix 123# before the country code, city code and number.

How do I make this configuration in the FreePBX? I already created the SIP account in my device and is registering ok, but when I make a call the Asterisk is not sending the traffic to my provider.

Thanks.

Yes, that’s what I did, but still doesn’t work.

I’m having some dificulty to configure the trunk and the outbound route, how do I do that configuration?

You need to set up a trunk, not SIP device. Then setup an outbound route that utilizes the new trunk.
