We have a group of users that call in using cell phones and need to be able to route to a specific extension or queue based on the callerID number. How would we do this and setup? I would assume dynamic routes can do this but I see how it gets configured to do so
You could build multiple inbound routes to accommodate the different numbers that need to go to the queue.
You could also use dynamic route to do a go to if the caller id matches a list you provide and go to the queue if true.
