I am trying to define an outbound route to be assigned to an extension. For example, I want extension to 200 to go over one outbound route and 201 over another.
I want to be able to add an extension 200 and 201 to the same phone, but when you select the button 200 it automatically dumps into outbound trunk 1 and 201 into outbound route 2.
While setting up the the dial patterns, I put the extension in the caller id part, but when the route gets added, it disappears. This is where I thought I’d be able to do it, but the field disappears as soon as I hit save.
I would use a pin set and then bypass pin set but I want this to have multiple routes.
For example voip.ms would have standard dial plans but say a custom provider like hamshackhotline would be a I wanted to assign to 201 (it would light up for inbound too).
Thoughts?
