Just a suggestion but I think that several drop-down select menus could be more flexible/customizable via amportal.conf or somewhere else.
For instance, I had to edit admin/modules/queues/page.queues.php and change 60 to 120 in the for loop of “Agent Timeout” because I needed to set 1min, 15s for my particular reasons. There are also other ranges that could be easily customizable.
Just a thought.
