Seeking PBX feature

Is there a name for this feature:

Incoming caller selects a number from the voice menu. The call is then directed to a receptionist and the caller’s choice is indicated either at the phone or in a browser window.

The scenario is that a multi location salon has a single call center. When the caller selects the location they want to contact the single receptionist can answer as that location and book appointments as necessary.

What is this feature called? Does it exist?

You can accomplish this by using the IVR module to build the voice menu, and then directing each selection to a “ring group”. Each Ring Group will direct calls to the same receptionist extension.

The Ring Group module has the option to add a Caller ID prefix, which you can use to indicate which option the caller selected. So, if the user presses 1, you can send the call to Ring Group 1, which will ring the receptionist, and prefix the caller ID with “Opt 1”. if the user presses 2, you can send the call to Ring Group 2, which will ring the receptionist, and prefix the caller ID with “Opt 2”. And so on.
