As @Stewart1 said above, I’d recommend re-running your test cases, and for each one, export the Asterisk log from the GUI (if you don’t have shell access to your FreePBX installation (?) - there’s a download button at the top of the displayed log, you should probably disable refresh (after the test!) then set the number of lines to capture back to the start of the call in question?
