Security vulnerability in FreePBX framework v. 13.0.194.10

There is recently a new security advisory as follow:

framework (Cur v. 13.0.194.10) should be upgraded to v. 13.0.195.1 to fix security issues: SEC-2018-001

Does anybody have additional information on the nature of this vulnerability?
