I have 2 callcentric DID’s. I set the destination for the first DID to extension 301 and the second DID to extension 304 on their respective inbound route configuration.
The first DID rings ext 301 and the second one goes to IVR (does not ring ext 304). When the IVR goes on, I can dial ext 304 and that extension will ring and answer.
Looks like I found the problem - in the Inbound Routes section under Edit Incoming route, I placed the DID number on the space for Caller ID Number. Reading the pop up that appears when I place the cursor on Caller ID Number, it says “Define the Caller ID number to be matched…”. Since I was calling from another number, it did not ring the extension but it sent me to the IVR.
