Second Call - Switched to instantly

One of our users is saying that when a second call for the ring group comes in, the current call is instantly placed on hold and the second call is selected without her doing anything.

Other phones seem to wait for the ringing line to be selected before answering.

Any suggestions?

I have no experience with that particular model, but some aastra firmwares are flakier than others. Are you using the latest firmware?

This is a known bug on that phone. Lots of users have complained. Upgrade to the latest Firmware.
