Script running out of control. Filling log file

I came into work this AM and was going through the logs and saw this continuously in the log files. Logs were in the gig size for the past 3 days.

[Sep 22 07:49:14] WARNING[3318] file.c: Failed to write frame
[Sep 22 07:49:14] WARNING[3318] file.c: Failed to write frame
[Sep 22 07:49:14] VERBOSE[3318] logger.c: – <Local/#@from-internal-d2d3,2> Playing ‘dir-intro-fnln-oper’ (language ‘en’)
[Sep 22 07:49:14] VERBOSE[3318] logger.c: – Playing ‘dir-nomatch’ (escape_digits=) (sample_offset 0)

Using FreePBX 2.5, asterisk 1.4, Sangoma A200d 6 ports. I tried restarting the phone still same thing. I ended restarting asterisk.

Does anyone know how or why this happend. The restart did stop it.

you’ll need to scroll back in the log file to the first occurance of it and take a look at what happened before that to know.

Well I had to delete the log file as it was getting close to critical mass. Somewhere near 20 gigs. If it happens again I will do that.

Thanks
