While deploying the system, and connecting around 45 handsets, we uploaded a company logo for the screensaver. Now that logo is displayed as the screensaver for all phones. Turns out, it was an old and widely disliked logo. I have removed the file from endpoint manager and have tried everything I can think of to get the phones to lose that image.
So far the ONLY thing I have found is to factory reset the phone. But if I upload a new photo, even that recently factory reset handset gets stuck on the first image it grabs. Not sure what needs to happen in order to make changes to templates and have them actually affect handsets when it comes to background image or screen savers.
