Saturation in lines when there are many calls

Hello!

I observe that when there are many incoming calls (approximately more than 30 in queues), we have problems making outgoing calls (or transfers).

When making an outgoing call it fails, and you have to try 2 or 3 times until the call is launched.

I think it is not a problem of line channels, because we have 30 channels on each line, with different providers … and the incoming calls come from different providers (lines).

Any idea what is happening?

A quick guess is you under dimensioned your system.

I have an apparently well-sized machine:

But when the queued calls are greater than 30 … the problems start making calls.

How can I check that the machine is properly dimensioned?

Could it be something else’s problem?
