We have staff that are used to click a phone number in a browser to make phone calls and it has been set up to use a Sangoma DECT phone by using the Click to call target: device feature:
I was not able to find this same setting in the Sangoma Phone desktop app.
Are we not able to use a device to make outgoing calls?
If so, does anyone recommend a USB voip phone perhaps? This station is shared among many people, so I don’t think independent bluetooth headsets would work.
How can we use Sangoma Connect at a shared station like this?
