SangomaConnect

I have a pbxact 40 system.

I added an email address to the user.

when i open the ios app for sangoma connect, it asks for an email address.
I put in the same email address i used for the user.
I invited the user. The system told me an invitation was sent.
I did not get any email, also not in spam.

What am I missing?

still cannot get sangomaconnect to work. i can get zulu to work.
what am i missing?
