Sangoma Zero Touch and EPM not working

Hello,

I have setup redirection server and my new S705 phone won’t pull a config.

Trying with HTTP.

I’ve setup the global settings and mapped an extension.

Help is appreciated!

Cab you access to the PBX ip.address:port you specified in the redirection portal from the network you are trying to provision the phone?

It’s like the web server isn’t running… I dont know how to solve it.

What error are you getting?

Are the necessary ports open?

Error: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
I have ports open:
21
1443
84
I even tried to connect using an FTP client and it times out too.

You need to forward port 84 on your router to your PBX.

damn it, was a firewall misconfig… UGH!
