Sangoma Web Phone doesn't work

I’m trying Sangoma phone for web , but I can’t get it work……

I have already Sangoma Connect / Sangoma Talk licensed softphone app working-

All prerequisites are ok, rebuildhaproxy, and restarted ha proxy service.

fwconsole sysadmin ports shown sslrestapps port disabled so I enable it by system admin port management option (RESTful Phone apps HTTP=82 HTTPS=6443)

Accessing phone.sangoma.com webpage , when I insert https://myfqdn:6443 (from internet) or https://pbxipaddress:6443 (locally), I get a “Lost connection to PBX. Reloading…” answer.

If I simply open browser (chrome) and type https://pbxipaddress:6443 i get a “bad request” page, the same for http://pbxipaddress:82

On company firewall, internet port 6443 is forwarded to pbx local ip address.

What to check ?

No ideas ?

Forgive me….

I had a wrong ports config, port 6443 has to be assigned to Sangoma Phone Desktop Client Service (instead of RESTful Phone Apps I’ve done).

Further Sangoma Phone Desktop Client has to be enabled in user management→Enable Sangoma Phone Login

….and for completing info , Firewall>Services>Extra services>Sangoma Phone Desktop Client Service has to be set to INTERNET….
