I’m encountering an issue with Sangoma Talk messaging (SMS) on iPhones running iOS 18.2 and 18.2.1. Specifically, agents with these iOS versions are receiving a 401 error when trying to use the messaging service.
Here’s what I’ve observed:
- The messaging service works perfectly on other iPhones with different iOS versions (e.g., 18.1.1).
- To troubleshoot, I transferred and provisioned the same extension to my phone running iOS 18.1.1, and it worked flawlessly.
- However, when the same extension is used on a phone with iOS 18.2.1, the 401 error persists.
Is this a known issue with iOS 18.2 or 18.2.1, or could there be a specific configuration required for these versions? Has anyone experienced this problem and found a fix?
