What is the best way to have BLF buttons for every one in the company on the screen? I cant seem to get the favorites to work right. This is for the old fashioned receptionist that acts like a switchboard that takes all inbound calls and then transfers them out as needed.
Yeah, we are still using FOP2 for that. But only for our receptionist. Although we have no problems with BLF in Sangoma Phone Desktop, but as you already wrote, you have to add all extensions manually as a favorite to be able to see the status. And I am not quiet sure if the software can even handle hundrets of extensions. Never tested it. Would be awesome if at least the BLF status would be shown when you use the search in Sangoma Phone Desktop.

Its only a dozen or so extensions. Do you have a screen shot of your FOP and Sangoma Talk app set up with the BLFs?
You can see some screenshots of the BLF/Favorites in the official documentation Softphones - How to Set Up Favorite Contacts. When someone is on a call you will see a green bar on the left site of the respective favorite entry.
