Sangoma S705 with EXP100 network access

I have found that when I have an EXP100 connected to an S705 phone it is no longer accessible from a remote network.

E.g. It can no longer be monitored using pings or managed via browser.

Is there a configuration option that will allow this?

You can no longer monitor the phone? Perhaps the IP address was changed? Do you get any errors when trying to load?

We don’t have a s705 with an expansion module, but we do have a s505 and it works just fine.

I have tested more than one example on more than one network.

The phones will respond to ping and HTTP(S) when the request comes from the same sub-net. But not across interfaces on a firewall or over a VPN.
