Sangoma S500 Says DND Mode

I have a Sangoma S500 that says DND Mode! and has a Phase on the top middle with a red circle and line through it.

I have confirmed that DND is off using *79 and confirming that the Presence is set to Available. I have wiped the phone and tried on multiple accounts but no luck. Is it something inside the phone?

That means someone enabled DND on the device before it was provisioned so its phone side DND that we disable when connected to FreePBX. You will need to factory reset the phone to wipe that out.
