A customer said she can’t adjust the volume, I verified the + - volume control doesn’t affect the handset volume. All the references I could find only refer to ringing, speakerphone or headset mode. How is the handset receive volume adjusted?
There have been a few firmware fixes that address volume, what ver are you using?

Your firmware is a year and a half behind. If you were using the the ‘Recommended’ firmware slot in the EPM template, you would be on .72 now.
