Hello Everyone,

We have been getting some complains recently from one client only, that while being on the phone, they hear the call waiting beep/tone, but nothing appears on the screen. This happens randomly.

Once they hang up, they see a missed call with the caller’s info.

Phones are on the latest EPM firmware bundle 1.54

Any pointers appreciated
