For anyone that has experience with Sangoma S400 handsets.
I have a customer who noticed that when you dial out on the S400, it doesn’t show the number dialed on the display. It shows the caller ID of the originating number. I know it’s trivial… But you know how some customers can be. I don’t know that the S400 is capable of showing the number dialed when in a call. I know the S501 can.
I have looked through the template options but I don’t see any way to change this. Is there maybe a basefile edit that someone knows about?
