Sangoma Phones Speaker volume too low

Users are not able to turn up speaker phone loud enough in the Office environment.
On the factory floor the speaker phone is un-useable.
Is there a global setting for this? Can it be set in the EPM templates?
I have opened ticket 897594 for this issue

We’ve also had complaints that the speaker is too low. You have another post along similar lines, but since we’re in the same boat I thought I’d give this one a bump.
