Hi all,
I’ve read about all I can find on the different provisioning methods for Sangoma phones. I have 10 phones. Everything is on the same network with no VLAN. The network does have Internet.
When I power up a phone, the PnP service works and I select the server. Phone gets config template just fine.
My problem is that when adjusting the template, the save, rebuild config, and force update doesn’t work. The buttons next to each phone to force reboot don’t work. Am I missing something?
EDIT: The reboot phone does work… but I can’t seem to figure out how to make them update after I edit the template. The ONLY thing that is working to do this is to Factory Reset from the phone menu.
