Sangoma phones no longer showing up as endpoints

We had multiple sangoma phones added to our pbxact install. Came into the office today and none of them show up in the extension mapping and templates show no endpoints using the templates. Once you unplug a phone and power cycle it, you get the network down sign, but phones that remain online and on through POE operate normally. Dont know what to do because I dont want to mess up the phones that are working currently as they might not come back.

So far I’ve been able to add one phone back in. Seems to operate normally still have no clue why phones got wiped though.
