here is a screen shoot of the phones

how is possible for the pbx to provision the phones and not get the phones registered?

  1. Why are you using tftp over http? (can you even with Sangoma phones?)
  2. You say the phones are provisioned, but not registered. What do you see in the Asterisk logs? Run asterisk -rvvvvvvvv and see what happens after the phone reboots.

asterisk]# asterisk -rvvvvvvv
