Sangoma Phone Desktop, Connecting

I have come across an issue if the user tries to log in to Sangoma Phone Desktop (on Windows don’t know about Mac) when entering https://mydomain.name:6443 as oppose to mydomain.name:6443

It just hangs with Connecting… and there doesn’t seem to be an obvious way to kill it and return to the login screen. We have had to re-install the application to start over.

If there is an obvious way to stop it Connecting… please let me know. I’m sure a user might do this, and I made the mistake here of including https:// in their login details.

Closing and restarting the application does not kill the login attempt and nothing shows in the FreePBX logfiles.

Thanks @kierknoby. I’ve escalated the report. I have verified same and don’t have a work around at present beyond what you already found out.
