UDP is not going to work i think this case ^^

It will work with UDP.
If the BLF keys are configured via the Extension Mapping page but the phone does not display the configured keys, it is worth checking the configuration file in the /tftpboot directory.

Example: If the phone is registered as 1000-1, the BLF keys will be stored in a file named 1000-1-blf.xml in the /tftpboot directory.

If you didn’t find the blf keys entry on config file, please rebuild again the configuration from EPM and check

I was speaking of the reload configuration over udp.
This is not working over udp.
