I’m having an issue where the SMS chats in my Sangoma Desktop are just spinning and not loading.
It seems to freeze the application to the point where I can’t even logout of the application, I have to close it completely and restart it.
Texting in UCP still works. I tried increasing the disk space allowance for Chat in Sangoma Connect, but I don’t think its the space.
I do have a lot of different chats/texts in those chats.
It could be due to the amount of Text messages and Chats, but you would think this is something Sangoma would account for in its programming.
Has anyone come across this before, and if so, what have you done to stop it?

No such open issues with it currently, but did you try upgrading the Sangoma Desktop Phone app to the latest version 4.0.5?
If not, please give it a try and check the logs.
Click on the Menu on the left-hand side and select “Open Logs Folder” — the logs will be saved on your local system. it should give some clue.
This should be fixed on sangomartapi 16.0.54.9 and 17.0.9.10
Make some tests and let us know please.
