I have been trying to put a background image on the sangoma wireless handset dc201. everything else works perfect. however i’m unable to make the image appear. can anybody please confirm this is possible.

Those fields don’t seem to be present in all firmware versions. In any case there is no support in Endpoint Manager.
It may be possible to add, so feel free to open a feature request for “Sangoma IP Phones” product:
