Sangoma CRM not sending data

Hi Guys,
I know this is a commercial module but i didnt get much help from the guys in Sangoma (With all due respect i have waited over a two weeks for this to be helped )

I have a FreePBX 13 with Asterisk 11 (In asterisk 13 i also had issues making this work and in 11 it worked for me) In the logs i can see the agi working, in the mysql table for the crm webhook i see the URL for the posts.
but there is no data been sent out of the system.

I changed the actual number to NUMBER :slight_smile:
I really appreciate you guys help here and there is no bad feelings for the guys in sangoma i know you guys are working hard on this :slight_smile:

What is your support case number so I can look up what is going on. If it’s a bug then support would escalate to Engineering to fix which can take 2-8 weeks depending on schedules and current task.

I closed it a few weeks ago since i got no reply, i cloned a working server since i had issues with that one.
this issue is the same i had there though.
The module seems to be working but not sending data.
Is there any approach you recommend on looking at?

i will give you a bit background I cloned a server that i know for a fact that the crm is working there. i did a restore of the settings, without the modules. i purchased the module added a webhook with restapi setting, and i dont see any data is been sent out from the server.
If i send a curl post to that website i am testing with i can see the data but not from the CRM.
