Just playing with sangoma connect mobile. Lookin in the FPBX UI for SangomaConnect there are advanced settings for stun, turn and nat. Are there any suggested settings for these if users will be using their SangomaConnect via Wifi and mobile data?
You wouldn’t need to use Advanced Network settings unless you have audio/signaling issues. If you haven’t set it up yet, just keep the default settings.
Re wifi & mobile data, remote connections (in this case mobile data users) shouldn’t have much of a problem, on the other hand, WiFi users will need to be able to reach the server’s public IP from the internal network. You may look for NAT Loopback or Hairpin NAT.
