Sangoma Connect Invalid Authenticaton

HI All

Currently I am having issues with the Sangoma Connect App. When i click on the Login Link in the email that was send through Sangoma Connect Agent the Connect App opens but unfortunately I receive an error “Invalid Authentication” .

I followed the following link to no success:

I have collected the information suggested in step 2. / g.
To my knowledge all seems fine except I got this info witch seems as it could point to some sort of issue

“[2021-09-03 08:59:25] [sangomaconnect_out.DEBUG]: Invitation email has been sent to the [email protected].co.za and delivery status is:- Mandatory information missing [] []
[2021-09-03 09:07:32] [sangomaconnect_out.DEBUG]: Invitation email has been sent to the [email protected]

Any suggestion would be appreciated
