Anyone else experience an issue when attempting to register Sangoma connect clients you receive the error “Failed to get user credentials”? We have a ticket open with support and they claim they can’t replicate the issue, but I’m getting this across multiple user accounts across multiple phones. I’ve tested on both iOS and Android. I’m pretty much at my wits end with Sangoma connect and ready to look at leaving Sangoma entirely.
