Is it possible to have Sangoma connect on both desktop and mobile for an extension? I seem to be having some problems making it work. I wonder if I have to do zulu for desktop and connect for mobile for this requirement.

You can have both Destop and Moble working concurrently for a single extension and the Zulu module is not required at all for either.
