We are running Sangoma Connect on Freepbx 14 with asterisk 16. If I am on a celluar call and then a sangoma connect call comes in and I answer the call, I cannot hear the caller and they cannot hear me. If They call and I am not on a cellular call it works fine. It’s only happening to one user. Any idea what this could be?
Withouth a SIP trace, one can only guess. No audio is often a NAT related issue and with mobile phones it could be a Carrier-grade NAT issue (Carrier-grade NAT - Wikipedia).
