Sangoma Connect Cloud Agent not updating DNS

Is anyone else having trouble with the Sangoma Connect Cloud Agent not updating the hostname to a new IP?

The IP is correct in Settings->Asterisk SIP Settings-> External Address.

I have rebooted, and waited a day, but the .connect.sangoma.com still resolves to the previous dynamic IP.

Any help would be appreciated.
