Users are getting this error when connecting. Saw a previous post from 2020 saying TLS not supported yet. Is this still the case?
I also had this happen to me recently. I believe when your security cert updates, you need to manually tell Sangoma Connect to use the new cert.
Admin > Sangoma Connect
Click on “Run Domain Action” and “Run Cloud Connect Agent Action”

Thanks, that makes sense. I changed the certificate after setting up Sangoma Connect. I ran those actions and will see if that clears it up.
