Hello there Guys. im stuped on this problem im having with one of my clients android phone. first this problem is only happing to 1 phone out of 10 android phone that have sangoma connect installed.
the phone in questions is a pixel 6 with all updates installed. cleared cache and deleted all storage info on the phone. also uninstalled and reinstalled.
about a month ago the client was unable to make call outs on the phone. the only message it would give is error. no code nothing. i checked with other users and all is working fine.
i asked for the logs on the phone but i don’t see anything with error or anything that stands out.
the phone is registered.
wounding if anyone seen this before. or can give me an idea on where to look for more info? thank you.
