Solved-Sangoma A101E can not work with HuaWei server?

My customer install A101E with HuaWei server. the physical connection is normal, PRi is up and active, there is only Incoming data, but no outgoing data. I think it is a compatibility problem. anyone test sangoma cards with HW server?
