Im noticing a weird problem. im having users disappears form sangoma connect this as active users. then one day there gone. at least i don’t see when or why its happing. just wounding if anyone is having the same problem or now what causing them to disappear. thank you.
Is it possible you don’t have enough seats? Perhaps permissions not set in user management
I’m not aware of any reports like this. I recommend following up with support.
i have 20 seats can only use 15. these aren’t new users. i know they was using there app. its just seem like some time passes then we get an email about not having access to the app. and find that there missing in sangoma module…
I would recommend following lorne’s recommendation to let them dig in to it.
