Samsung HX Pbx hooked up to Asterisks

Hi I have my works Samsung HX system by analogue extensions to Asterisks FXO card.
The Asterisks server routes the incoming phone call from the Samsung PBX to our head office via a VPN.
Can I do an extension transfer a call Via the Asterisk to the Samsung?

Transfer call to Ext 11

Hi can I setup a FXO port only to used by one extension?
Eg, Press off hook and you already connected to the FXO port.
This would make Asterisks work like a Commander SLI extension.
