S705 pair with Cochlear

We have a customer needing to pair his Cochlear implants to a Sangoma S705 but no such luck.
Any advice would be great.

This is honestly a question that needs to be directly handled by Sangoma Support, I think. I know it’s a simple BT pairing you want to go with but in the grand scheme of things, I don’t think a Cochlear BT adapter was on the test device list for getting BT pairing going on those phones.

I mean it is possible that another user has done this but you may want to deal with Sangoma so they can get you connected to the right people that can work with you on this.
